As of December 31st 2011 CTSUD will no longer be accepting E-checks as a form of payment.
PAYMENT OF YOUR BILL You may pay your bill either by mail, credit card, phone, website, or in person at our office. There is a night deposit located at our office for your convenience to drop off payments after regular working hours.
PAYING YOUR BILL Payments must be received in the Chisholm Trail Special Utility District (CTSUD) offices by 5:00 p.m. on the due date listed on your bill to avoid penalties.
Postmark dates are not used and we do not accept post dated checks. A late fee in the amount of $10.00 will be added to your bill if payment is received after 5:00 p.m. on the due date.
AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT
Upon authorization, the District will draft your bank account
for the amount of your billing each month. You will still receive a copy of
your bill for your records and on your water bill due date we will draft your

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ONLINE PROCESSING FEE
There will be a 2.7% charge + a $0.70 processing fee when paying your bill online with a credit card. This charge is assessed directly by the credit
card company and is NOT a fee set or collected by CTSUD.
