Paying Your Bill
Payments must be received in the Chisholm Trail Special Utility District offices on or before the due date listed on your bill to avoid late fees.
Postmark dates are not used.
A late fee in the amount of $10.00 will be added to your bill if payment is received after the due date.

Payment of Water Bill
You may pay your bill either by mail, credit card, by phone, or in person at our office. There is a night deposit located at our office for your convenience to drop off payments after regular working hours.
We do not accept post dated checks.
Upon authorization, the District will draft your bank account for the amount of your billing each month. You will still receive a copy of your bill for your records and on your water bill due date we will draft your bank account. CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE
To make credit card payments over the phone, you may contact 254-793-3103. Please note that there is a convenience charge of 3% when using your credit card. This charge goes to help defray the cost of the processing fees charged to Chisholm Trail Special Utility District by the credit card companies.
