The Board of Directors serve three years and are elected "at large" for staggered terms. The District Directors received $150.00 per meeting compensation up to an annual maximum of $7,200.00. The Board normally meets on the 3rd Thursday of every month beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the District office facility, located at 851 FM 970, Florence, Texas.
